Linda Leong Miao Ling is the Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur.

Since joining IHH Healthcare Malaysia in 2014, she has held progressively broader leadership roles across Medical Affairs, Operations and Hospital Management. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Pantai Hospital Klang, and as Chief Executive Officer of Pantai Hospital Cheras, before taking on a Chief Executive Officer role outside of the IHH network. Her experience reflects both continuity within IHH Healthcare Malaysia and broader executive exposure beyond the network.

During her tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Linda led initiatives to modernise infrastructure and strengthen clinical capabilities. She oversaw the implementation of a new hospital information system and advanced service capabilities across radiology, oncology, robotic surgery and neurosurgery, reinforcing the hospital’s capacity in complex and tertiary care. She also played a key role in establishing the one-stop Heart Specialist Clinic and Cardiac Diagnostic Unit, and in expanding interventional cardiology services with the addition of a cardiac catheterisation laboratory.
