Tan Kean Hin is the Chief Executive Officer of Pantai Hospital Ipoh, leading the hospital’s strategic direction, operational performance and continued development.

He brings extensive experience across private healthcare operations, business development and service growth. His leadership spans hospital operations, facilities management, patient experience, health screening, laboratory services and wellness, alongside the development of Centres of Excellence, adoption of advanced medical technologies and expansion of insurer partnerships to improve patient access.

Earlier in his career, he held senior commercial roles overseeing both local and international patient segments, providing him with a broad understanding of the operational and commercial drivers of healthcare delivery.
