Tan Sok Kheng is the Chief Executive Officer of Prince Court Medical Centre, where she leads the hospital’s next phase of growth with a focus on sharper execution, stronger service delivery, and an enhanced patient experience, building on its established clinical strengths.
She began her career with IHH Healthcare Malaysia at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur, rising to Head of Clinical Services Development and Operations. There, she led major redevelopment projects, strengthened facilities and safety standards, supported full Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) and Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, and drove energy optimisation efforts that significantly reduced consumption.
She later joined Prince Court Medical Centre, serving first as Senior Director of Operations and then as Chief Operating Officer, where she oversaw hospital operations and service delivery while advancing key digital transformation initiatives.
Sok Kheng subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer of Pantai Hospital Cheras, with an expanded portfolio that included full P&L accountability. She led hospital operations and services, championed patient-centric initiatives, and successfully reduced overall waiting times using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She was then appointed COO of Pantai Hospital Klang, where she continued to strengthen operational performance and service standards.
Before her appointment as CEO of Prince Court Medical Centre, Sok Kheng also held senior leadership roles at two private hospitals, where she drove revenue growth, strengthened service capabilities through centres-of-excellence pathways, and led the commissioning of a greenfield hospital, establishing the governance, partnerships, and operating cadence required to support scale.
