Dr Shuba Srinivasan is the Vice President of Clinical Services at IHH Healthcare Malaysia, leading clinical governance, quality and clinical operational excellence across the network.

She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Prince Court Medical Centre, where she advanced clinical innovation, patient experience and sustainable healthcare delivery while strengthening the hospital’s international reputation. During her tenure, Prince Court Medical Centre was named Medical Tourism Hospital of the Year at the Healthcare Asia Awards 2024 and ranked among Asia’s Top Private Hospitals 2025 by Newsweek. The hospital also achieved the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI) accreditation for its Oncology Centre of Excellence and introduced Malaysia’s first Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty procedure.

Dr Shuba has 30 years of healthcare experience. She began her career with the Ministry of Health Malaysia before joining IHH Healthcare Malaysia as a Senior Medical Officer at Pantai Hospital Ipoh. She later served as Head of Clinical Services and Senior Operations Manager at the hospital. In 2018, she was appointed Head of Medical Affairs and Quality at IHH Healthcare Malaysia, and in 2020, she led Medical and Quality, providing clinical leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and establishing the Clinical Governance Advisory Committee to strengthen standards of care across the organisation.
