Dr Kamal Amzan was appointed the Acting Chief Executive Officer of IHH Healthcare Malaysia on 1 August 2025. He provides strategic leadership and ensures high standards of operational and clinical excellence across IHHʼs integrated healthcare network in Malaysia. This includes a network of 18 hospitals encompassing Gleneagles Hospitals, Island Hospital, Pantai Hospitals, Prince Court Medical Centre and Timberland Medical Centre, as well as ancillary services such as Premier Integrated Labs and Premier Integrated Rehab.
With over a decade at IHH Malaysia, Dr Kamal has held multiple senior leadership positions including Regional CEO for Southern and Eastern Malaysia, Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Johor, Chief Operating Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur and Pantai Hospital Batu Pahat and Head of Medical Affairs and Quality for IHH Malaysia. He has distinguished himself not only in operational roles but also in clinical quality, and system-wide performance across the healthcare sector.
Dr Kamal also serves on the board of the Association of Private Hospitals Malaysia and is an active voice in forums and on social media, championing better healthcare access and quality by combining visionary goals with pragmatic solutions to drive meaningful change.

As Group Chief Medical Officer at IHH Healthcare, Adjunct Associate Professor (Adj Assoc. Prof) Keith Lim oversees clinical quality, patient safety, and value-based care across the group, setting policies and driving quality improvements, to ensure patients receive world-class and cost-effective care.
With over 20 years of experience as a radiation oncologist, Adj Assoc. Prof Lim has made significant academic contributions, previously serving as Assistant Dean at the NUS School of Medicine. His research has been cited over 2000 times, and he has secured over S$2.5 million in research funding.
Prior to IHH, he was Group Chief Value Officer at NUHS, pioneering Singaporeʼs value-based healthcare programme and leading efforts to optimise clinical and financial outcomes. He also served as Director of Clinical Outcomes and Value at Singaporeʼs Ministry of Health, where he set clinical standards and implemented value-driven care across public hospitals. His contributions have earned him Singaporeʼs National Medical Excellence Award, the highest medical honour in the country.

With a background in genetics and public health policy, Mr Azrul Mohd Khalib has worked as a development and programme policy specialist for more than 22 years. He has extensive experience working on strategic health system issues related to access to healthcare, sexual reproductive health, HIV and AIDS, gender-based violence, and humanitarian assistance.
Azrul is currently the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Galen Centre for Health and Social Policy. His previous positions have been with the Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS); the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF); representing the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) under the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Azrul has also worked with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and Malaysian AIDS Council.
He is co-founder of the CodeBlue health news website. Azrul is also a board member of the Center to Combat Corruption & Cronyism (C4 Center). He is a writer, has been a columnist with two Malaysian media outlets and is a co-presenter with BFM 89.9ʼs Health & Living programme where he discusses health policy.

Manisha firmly believes that doing the right thing the right way leads to the right results. By staying focused and having a clear strategy for execution, she aims to create win-win scenarios. She holds that these values and skills are essential for a successful outcome at work and in life.
She loves to spend her time with her daughter and enjoys practising yoga and being amidst the nature. Recently, she has found her new love for paragliding in the valleys.

Dr Kenneth Tsang was appointed as Regional Chief Executive Officer, IHH Healthcare North Asia on 1 April 2024. He leads the development and drives operational and clinical excellence of IHHʼs business operations in North Asia which include multi-specialty hospitals, networks of primary, specialist and surgical clinics, as well as ambulatory care centres in Shanghai and Hong Kong. His strategic leadership plays a pivotal role in advancing IHHʼs integrated healthcare businesses in China towards sustainable and long-term growth.
In conjunction with his regional role, Dr Tsang provides oversight for Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong as Chief Executive Officer. He also provides leadership for the clinic network under Gleneagles Healthcare, ambulatory services under Gleneagles MediCentre, and Parkway Laboratory Services in Hong Kong. Dr Tsang also spearheads Gleneagles Clinical Trials Centre which contributes to healthcare innovation and advancement in Hong Kong and nearby regions.
Prior to joining IHH, Dr Tsang was with the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong for over 25 years, first as a practising physician and later in management roles focused on patient safety, strategy and service planning, and infection control.
Dr Tsang is an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor of School of Public Health, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong.

Dr Peter Chow was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of IHH Singapore on 1 April 2024. He spearheads strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across IHHʼs business units in Singapore, which include the Gleneagles, Mount Elizabeth, Mount Elizabeth Novena, and Parkway East hospitals, Parkway Shenton Pte Ltd, Parkway MediCentre, IXchange, Parkway Radiology, Parkway Cancer Centre and Parkway Rehab etc.
Dr Chow joined IHH in 2018 and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in 2020, where he grew the medical facility as a premier flagship hospital both locally and in the region. He was also awarded the Public Service Medal (Covid-19) and Covid-19 Resilience Medal in 2022 and 2023 respectively for his healthcare leadership role during the pandemic and for supporting various national pandemic efforts in Singapore.
Trained as a dental surgeon with the National University of Singapore, Dr Chow has over 20 years of healthcare management experience spanning both public and private sectors in Singapore. He started his career as a dental officer and subsequently took on different management roles including quality, training, manpower, as well as managed outpatient clinical services, giving him broad-based experience in healthcare. Prior to IHH, he was with National Healthcare Group (NHG) during which he assumed various roles including Director of Quality & College, Director of Corporate Development & Communications and Chief Operating Officer of NHG Polyclinics.

Prior to rejoining the Ministry of Health, Wei Aun was consulting for the World Bank and the World Health Organization. He also served as the Country Technical Director for the Malaysia Health Systems Research project, a collaboration between the Ministry of Health and Harvard University. His clinical experiences include serving on the frontlines in a variety of hospital and clinic setting—in the United Kingdom, rural Sarawak, and Kuala Lumpur.

Mr Ashok Pandit, appointed as Group Chief Corporate Officer of IHH on 1 April 2024, is responsible for reshaping IHHʼs portfolio to preserve, capitalise and create value-added opportunities in existing and new markets. He oversees corporate functions such as innovation, group strategy, business development, investments, performance management, sustainability, communications and branding and IHH Laboratories, the laboratory network of IHH Healthcare, to ensure the organisationʼs continued success in an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
Mr Pandit joined IHH in May 2021 as Group Chief Special Projects Officer, with over 28 years of investment banking experience in Asia Pacific. In August 2021, he took on an enlarged portfolio as Group Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer overseeing special projects, business strategy and business development.
Before joining IHH, he was Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Sovereign Wealth and Pension Funds and Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage (Asia Pacific) at Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore. During his 15-year tenure at Deutsche Bank, Mr Pandit held senior investment banking positions, advising leading global institutions and corporations on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory and capital restructuring. He led deals that raised over US$100 billion in the capital markets and was a key player in IHHʼs US$2 billion IPO in 2012, which was ranked the worldʼs third largest IPO of the year.

Ms Yasemin Tecmen Stubbe leads a team that oversees IHH Healthcare's sustainability strategy anchored on the aspiration to Care for the Good of our Patients, People, Public and Planet.
Yasemin joined IHH more than seven years ago to spearhead and shape the branding strategy of the company before helming the sustainability portfolio.
In addition to spearheading environmental sustainability initiatives across the organisation, she also plays an integral role in overseeing the development and progress of IHHʼs sustainability goals, improving organisational capabilities, and ensuring IHH fulfils its duty as a responsible corporate citizen.
Before joining IHH, she held diverse roles working in leading public relations and advertising agencies in Istanbul to joining Hyatt Hotels headquarters in Chicago after her masterʼs degree from Northwestern University. Mr Eric Lim is Managing Director and the Chief Sustainability Officer at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). His role is to drive UOBʼs sustainability strategy and objectives of helping businesses and individuals transition to a sustainable future and fostering social and environmental well-being among colleagues and communities.
Eric was also the Head of Group Finance from 2013 to 2022, where he was responsible for the Bankʼs core finance functions spanning financial strategy, capital management, regulatory and financial reporting, tax management, business finance and performance management.
Eric holds positions in key UOB management committees, including Chairperson of the Group Sustainability Committee. He is also a member of the Management Committee and the Asset and Liability Committee, and holds directorships in UOB affiliated companies.
Prior to joining UOB, Eric was Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking Finance, Singapore and Southeast Asia for Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for driving the strategic partnership between the wholesale business and finance teams. During this time, Eric led the finance functions covering commercial banking, financial markets and investment banking.
Eric began his career with GE Capital where he took on various executive positions in the areas of financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, audit and controllership. He lived and worked in more than 20 countries, with particular focus in the USA and Japan during that time.

Mel has worked with WWF, and now with Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia as Regional Climate and Health Manager, providing invaluable insights into the ways in which climate variability, extreme weather events, and long-term climate trends affect food supply chains, health, and nutrition. Her work in managing various projects has contributed to shaping policies and sustainable practices aimed at mitigating the risks posed by climate change.
In addition to her achievements, Mel speaks frequently on various platforms regarding climate adaptation strategies, helping stakeholders from local communities to international organisations navigate the challenges of maintaining health and food security in a changing climate. Her passion for addressing the complex issues surrounding climate impacts on health and food systems continues to drive forward innovative solutions for a more sustainable and resilient future. She is both a licensed Environmental Planner and a Registered Nutritionist Dietitian, a health professional. Most importantly, her most coveted titles are a wife and a mother.

He leads the development and drives operational and clinical excellence of IHHʼs business operations in North Asia which include multi-specialty hospitals, networks of primary, specialist and surgical clinics, as well as ambulatory care centres in Shanghai and Hong Kong. His strategic leadership plays a pivotal role in advancing IHHʼs integrated healthcare businesses in China towards sustainable and long-term growth.
In conjunction with his regional role, Dr Tsang provides oversight for Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong as Chief Executive Officer. He also provides leadership for the clinic network under Gleneagles Healthcare, ambulatory services under Gleneagles MediCentre, and Parkway Laboratory Services in Hong Kong. Dr Tsang also spearheads Gleneagles Clinical Trials Centre which contributes to healthcare innovation and advancement in Hong Kong and nearby regions.
Prior to joining IHH, Dr Tsang was with the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong for over 25 years, first as a practising physician and later in management roles focused on patient safety, strategy and service planning, and infection control.

Dr Peter Chow was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of IHH Singapore on 1 April 2024. He spearheads strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across IHHʼs business units in Singapore, which include the Gleneagles, Mount Elizabeth, Mount Elizabeth Novena, and Parkway East hospitals, Parkway Shenton Pte Ltd, Parkway MediCentre, IXchange, Parkway Radiology, Parkway Cancer Centre and Parkway Rehab etc.
Dr Chow joined IHH in 2018 and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in 2020, where he grew the medical facility as a premier flagship hospital both locally and in the region. He was also awarded the Public Service Medal (Covid-19) and Covid-19 Resilience Medal in 2022 and 2023 respectively for his healthcare leadership role during the pandemic and for supporting various national pandemic efforts in Singapore.
Trained as a dental surgeon with the National University of Singapore, Dr Chow has over 20 years of healthcare management experience spanning both public and private sectors in Singapore. He started his career as a dental officer and subsequently took on different management roles including quality, training, manpower, as well as managed outpatient clinical services, giving him broad-based experience in healthcare. Mr Pandit joined IHH in May 2021 as Group Chief Special Projects Officer, with over 28 years of investment banking experience in Asia Pacific. In August 2021, he took on an enlarged portfolio as Group Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer overseeing special projects, business strategy and business development.
Before joining IHH, he was Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Sovereign Wealth and Pension Funds and Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage (Asia Pacific) at Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore.
